We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of video tape products and anti-piracy concerns.  If you wish to return any unopened Lily Productions, LLC product you may do so within 45 days of receipt of your order for a credit or refund of the cost of the items.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  A credit will appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.  If you pay by check, you will receive a refund check in the mail within 2 months.  Lily Productions, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during mailing and we cannot provide refunds on products that are returned in damaged condition.  Please include your packing slip and return to:
