Exhilarating exercises for new moms and their babies!

MAUI, HAWAII:

     The Mommy Baby Body Builders exercise program is designed to help you strengthen, tone, and reshape your body while you share important interactions with your baby!

The workout begins with core muscle strengthening which targets the abdominals and back muscles. We then focus on upper body strengthening and toning with exercises that work on muscles in the arms, back, and chest. The third segment addresses muscles of the lower body including the gluts, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves.

...and your baby is right there with you, throughout the entire workout! 

You'll learn about all the ways in which your little one can benefit just by: the sound of your voice, the words you use, your smiles and eye contact, movement through space, simple interactive play.

Just a note...

This project started as a tiny idea soon after the births of our sons.  It has grown, along with our passion for giving new moms like us a truly special way to interact with their babies while maintaining a healthy, strong body.  These exercises have had a huge positive impact on our lives.  We hope you and your baby love them as much as we do.  Wishing you the best in all the adventures you will share with your new little one.
